Master Plan Shows Proposed Size of Airport

In the 1990's, Solberg Aviation completed an Airport Master Plan and Layout Plan that was subsequently approved by NJDOT and the FAA contingent upon the airport completing an Environmental Assessment.

Note that the Airport Master Plan only depicts plans for the airport proper and does not reflect airport-related commercial development that could occur in the approximately 725 acres surrounding the airport that are owned by airport interests. For comparison, LaGuardia is sited on approximately 680 acres.
